You can create dump file(s) from first repo and load it(them) to the new one :D

SVN redbook will be a good guideline for U ->

I was looking over the FAQ and shortly over the handboook. Mayxbe I've
missed something, but I was not able to find a method for moving a
project from one to another repository. Any ideas?
