What do you mean with "CCM"? Critical Chain Management?

You could write a bash-/batch-script which does exactly this.

Again, you could write a script.

I think, subversion is not the right tool for your task, but I don't
know any tool that would fit better. Perhaps you can describe what you
want to achieve.
