svn automation

Hi There

We are using Sub version as our CCM Tool and were looking to achieve the
following aspects using the SVN tool.

1. Automatically update the local backup once a new version of the
file is updated or created. Currently the user has to update the local
backup manually.
2. Automatically create packaging of all the changed files in the
tool for a particular folder and version it to a particular number.

We would want to understand if you are aware of any applications or
tools and it would be help us if you guide us in this direction.

We would we be eager to also discuss these in person and further detail
out the expectations.
