How to check whether SQLite is found?

From: Ralf <ralf_at_tmx.de>

After updating to svn - 1.6.3-1 (and sqlite - 3.6.16-1) after a few
commits the next commit fails and I get an annoying "database disk
image is malformed" error. The repository seems fine (last commit
didn't happen). So I wonder whether subversion actually finds sqlite
or whether this causes the error. Both has been installed (via ipkg)
on a QNAP NAS.

How can I verify if sqlite is found by svn ("looking in the usual
places")?
How can I configure svn / svndemon to look in the right place (without
having to reinstall/compile everything?)

Thanks for any help!

Ralf
