Newbee Install Problem

I've installed the Redhat RPMS.

Everything appears fine, but when I try to access the server from the browser using the suggested URL, it just times out with "Network Timeout"

The Subversion httpd jobs are all running.
I've tried changing the ports and domain.

I think I've just missed something fundamental.

Any Ideas?
