memcached and subversion on windows

Hi people,

I have subversion 1.6.2 running with apache 2.2.9 on windows 2008 server.
This works pretty well but I can't get it to use memcached 1.2.6.

When I disable "first-server" in fsfs.conf I can connect to the repository
just fine. But if I enable it with the IP and port 11211 I get an error
"Could not open the requested SVN filesystem".

Memcached is running on port 11211 but shows 0 Items in Item Count.

The release notes for subversion state "Additional build-time dependencies:
APR-Util ≥1.3 || ( APR-Util < 1.3 && APR_Memcache )". Is this done for
the windows binaries? If not, where can I get a binary with these
dependencies?

Thanks a lot for your help,

Stephan
