Well, I have tried junction.exe and it appears to work well with
svn: I can add and commit linked files and directories from the
command prompt.

The problem is: it does not work with TortoiseSVN (neither
linkd.exe). Or, better said, TortoiseSVN does not appear to work
well with junctioned / linkded directories.

But that's another list, so I'll post there...
