consult the SVN command

Hello,

Nice to meet you!

I have downloaded the source code from the SVN org forum, and establish
a new project to run it, and find the commit cmd can run successfully
under release version but not for debug. I have the same definition for
debug and release except libdb44d.dll &libdb44.dll

Can you tell me why, thanks advanced.
