Migrating from svn 1.5 to 1.6 and enabling keyring

I am working on migrating users of subversion 1.5 to 1.6 to clean up the
plain text password issue, and I can figure out exactly how this
transition works. After the keychain has been enabled in the config
file, will it import the information stored in /.subversion/auth into
the keyring, or is there a command or sequence of commands that will do
so? I know that the stored information will have to be manually removed,
but where it should be moved to and how to get it there isn't clear to
me.
