It is still the completely wrong list.

FWIW, I just downloaded and installed on Vista fine. Did you get the
right version (32-bit vs 64-bit)? If you installed the 32-bit version
on 64-bit Vista it will only show up if you explicitly run the 32-bit
version of Windows Explorer.
