You can say:
1) What version of Vista you're running (there are at least 7, I don't
know if that includes 32-bit and 64-bit for all versions where both
are available)
2) How you installed (logged in as administrator? Run As administrator? other?)
3) Whether you rebooted after installing
4) Any other details of your system (antivirus/firewall programs
especially), including any shell enhancers/other context menu add-ins
5) Where you downloaded from, and if you've considered that it's a
corrupt download and you should try downloading again.
6) What type of user account you're running with
