You are now a moderator. Thanks. I've been doing most of it lately.

When you get the moderation email you either should do Reply to All if
it is a legit message or just ignore/delete it if SPAM. No need to
reject it, just do not accept it.

If you use Reply to All, future messages from same user do not need to
be moderated (if they are subscribed to list).

User webpost_at_tigris.org means it was someone who posted via the web UI
and was not logged into tigris.

Anyone else want to moderate? I just need your tigris ID.
