Subversion itself doesn't do that. In our case, I whipped up a perl
script in about ten minutes that reads the .htgroups file that gives
each user access to each repository, and then generates a link page to
viewvc for each repo. Installed as the index.php file for our
subversion server, that gives each developer an easy reminder of which
repos they've got access to.
