Publishing Available URLs

Hi All,
 
A colleague has just asked an interesting question. Are there any way
for an SVN user to get a list of repos they have access too? Rather
than publisising all URLs somewhere (like an intranet) could they
'discover' all repos they have security rights too rather than obtain a
specific URL from an admin bod?
