Problem with "Get All Latest" command

Hi,
I am using SVN (VisualSVN Server 1.6.3 from www.visualsvn.com<http://www.visualsvn.com>) as a version control system for Enterprise Architect (www.sparxsystems.com.au<http://www.sparxsystems.com.au>).
All was well and good for the past few months, however, recently when we try to check out ANY controlled package we get an error saying "A 'Get All Latest' command, invoked on this model by user 'ravi.harish', is not yet complete" (screen dump attached). We waited for over a day for the above job to complete, as well as restarted the server, however, we cannot get past the error.
Please can you let me know if you are aware of other users who may have experienced the same or similar problem?
Any advice on how we may get past this error?
Regards,
Pravesh
