RE: svnsync on windows, wowexec?

I'm having similar problem when running svnsync in virtualpc using windows xp sp3 as guest OS, the error message is "WOWEXEC caused a Stack Fault in module KRNL386.EXE at 0001:2BEA", anyone can provide some information on this problem?
