IP Address and domainname changes

I am running version 1.2.1 of Subversion on a RedHat 4.0 server. I have
questions pertaining to the change of my servers IP Address and then the
domainname (about a month later).

From a server administrator side;
1. Is there anything that needs to be changed when the IP Address changes?
2. What needs to change when the server domainname changes?

From an end user perspective:
1. Is there anything that they will need to change? Thank you.
