Announce: PySVN 1.6.3 - binary kits built against SVN 1.5.5

The kits have been built against SVN 1.5.5 release
for python 2.5 and 2.6.

This release include:
* python 3.0 support
* bug fixes for reported issues
* added merge_reintegrate()
* pysvn now builds on cygwin

Features of PySVN:

* Supports Subversion 1.2.0 thru 1.5.5
* Supports Python 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6 and 3.0
