HTTP and HTTPS

Hello all,

I have installed the Visual SVN Server, and there you can either work
with https connection protocol or http protocol.
1) Can SVN work with the two protocols together?
2) If the answer to 1 is yes, does anyone know how can I set the visual
SVN to work with the two protocols?
