Mixing client / server versions?

I'm considering upgrading my Subversion *server* from version 1.4.3 to
something newer in the 1.5.x series.

My repositories are currently being served by a 1.4.3 server, and
most/all of the users are probably using svn clients from the 1.4.x
series. My users currently have repositories checked out.

Does anyone know if this will cause any problems with the current
repositories, currently checked-out files, or older versions of
subversion client that presently work okay with my 1.4.3 server?
