double login in svn

Hi there,

I just migrated my data from cvs to svn, but every time i do a svn+ssh in
windows by using tortoiseSVN, i need to login 2 times then only i can check
out, i have search in google but could not find any solution, is there any
solution for this? it's getting annoying now.
