We use CC here with Svn and it works very well. We have it create
tags - but it only does that from the revision it checked out if the
build was good - this way you get the tag at the exact point of the
build. I'm not the guy who runs CC but the chap who set it up was
very happy it was so easy.

As it happens we no longer make the tags now and instead we just
record the revision number vs build number to save making a tag every
build (of which we can and do have many per project per day!)
