Nope, VisualSVN Server has no relation to Visual Studio.
I'll admit I was skeptical of VisualSVN Server when I first heard
about it, but after installing it on a test box, I'm planning on
switching to it when my company cuts over 100% to Active Directory.
Anything that gets me out of the business of managing peoples'
passwords and lets me hand over my repository security to someone else
who isn't an SVN expert & prefers a GUI is a win for me.
