Error * PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/my project

Hello,

I installed the VisualSVN on a remote server.
Now when I browse with TSVN, I am getting this weird error:

I read over the net that the reason for this error is because I need to
enable the proxy server.
I opened the setting window, and I am not sure what parameters should I
write there.

1) Will enable the proxy server solve this error?
2) Where can I find parameters to the proxy settings?
