Mod_auth_kerb problem

I am trying setup mod_auth_kerb with my CollbNet Subversion 1.5 install.

I pulled the latest mod_auth_kerb tar down and was able to run the
configure without a problem.

However when I try make I get an error saying

/etc/opt/CollabNet_Subversion/build-l/libtool : no such file or
directory

Anyone see this before or have any ideas that might help me?

I can find the /etc/opt/Collabnet dirs but no build-l dir
