commit-email.pl to multi projects on one repo

Hello all.

I using SVN 1.5.4 and have few repos with this structure:

repo1:
        project1-folder
        project2-folder
        project3-folder

I need make this:
If some one commit to repo1:project2-folder then send email to email1
If some one commit to repo1:project2-folder then send email to email2

As i understand - -m option must help me, but could some one make an
example?

P.S. And what -l option do?
