I'm sorry, but I don't use the svnserve daemon.

Did you try this in your authz file?

[project1:/ws/trunk]
@group1 = rw

With SSPI on Apache it works fine.

this is my files of configuration:

svnserve.conf : http://pastebin.com/f76df2bad
passwd : http://pastebin.com/f78ade582
authz : http://pastebin.com/f380359d5

I create one group "subversion" and add permissions to group in the
directory of database, and use the users of server to access
subversion repository.
