Is a SVN 1.5.4 Win32 Installer Planned?

Hello,

When SVN 1.5.3 was released on about 10 October,
a Windows installer soon followed on 15 October.
(Thanks to Troy Simpson for that.)

SVN 1.5.4 was released 24 October (about 3 weeks ago),
but no Windows installer has yet followed,
or at least, I've not found it.

Is one planned please?

I realise that Subversion itself, and the various binaries
and installers are made available largely through the
efforts of volunteers, and I appreciate that very much.
Thank you.

Sorry to be impatient. I'm asking because I'm wondering
whether to roll out some 1.5.3 upgrades now, or whether it's
worth waiting for a 1.5.4/Win32 installer.

I'm probably also breaking the mailing list etiquette,
where these sorts of "when will it be ready?" requests are
not really welcome, in which case sorry for that too.
In my defence, I have tried to leave it a reasonable amount
of time.
