Eric -- are you using Apache to get the SVN? Me and the other users that
came across this problem were using Apache 2.0.something with SVN 1.5. As
far as I know, there isn't a solution to this problem (although moving to
Apache 2.2 may help).

If you do find a solution, please let us know.
