About mod_dav_svn and mod_authz_svn.so module problems

Dear Author,

    I am a user for svn-1.5.4.
    And I found a problem that when I install the depot subversion-1.5.4-ia64-11.23.depot on HPUX 11.23 IA64 ring.
    I found that it lacks of mod_dav_svn.so and mod_authz_svn.so modules
    Does that mean hpux does not support svn integrating to apache server for http protocol?
    But I found there is a header with location /usr/local/include/subversion-1/mod_dav_svn.h or the depot does not contain the two module files?
    Could you give me any advice for that?
