Made a one-liner, and now blame says a whole code-block was modified

I'm using SVN 1.5.4 with merge-tracking enabled.

I have a file, where a developer have modified a single-line in a file in a
code-block, which was introduced some revisions ago.
When doing blame of this file, then this developer is suddenly the owner of
the entire code-block.
When doing blame of the file using a specific revision (even the latest file
revision), then it correctly shows that only a single line was modifed by
the developer.

Is this a known bug ? or am I doing something wrong ?

P.S. The file has no mergeinfo-property (But the trunk folder does).
