Changin the URL

Hi.

I've one repository

        https://mysite/foo/bar

On many svn clients (I've root-access on all of them) I've have directory
under svn (in fact something like /etc or /etc/apache).

Now I need to change two thing, first the repository and the URL it's
change to

        https://mysite/bar

(delete «foo»).

So I don't known how I can do that (without many pain of course).

Have you any tips for me ?
