Subversion proxy configuration

Is it possible to setup two different proxy profiles in C:\Documents and
Settings\[user]\Application Data\Subversion\servers, one for the office (use
proxy) and one for home (without proxy)? Or possibly, if http-proxy-host
can not be reached, don't use proxy?
