Re: svnlook author does not work on Subversion 1.5.3, RPMforge installed on RHEL 5, breaks svnperms.conf with svn+ssh

Sorry about the multiple earlier posts! I was working from Gmail, and
thought the mail hadn't been sent.

I've isolated it further. The 'svnlook info' command, also inserted into
pre-commit, is simply not seeing a user associated with the
transactions. The user *is* being set with local file:/// URL's, but not
with svn+ssh://svn@[hostanme]/[repository] transactions.

That's a fairly serious bug: it completely breaks management of svn+ssh
repositories. And it was reported before, as
http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=3265, and marked
'RESOLVED' because the submitter failed to get the bug confirmed here on
the mailing lists. Bug reports that are refused should be marked as
WONTFIX or a similar setting, not as "RESOLVED".
