HP-UX Install problem

I have a problem when I install SVN on my HPUX 11
The problem come when I run svnadmin -h or svnserve, ... i have the following message : Bad database version: compiled with 4.6.21, running against 4.7.25
The db version visible in source download id db-4.7.25 and it's impossible to find 4.6.21.
