svn web-based app

hi guys/list...

i'm in need of a web-based app, that allows users to manage the check out/in
process of files to users on an acl based process...

i'd also like the ability to specify different repo/dirs as required, which
means the app has to have the ability to create/rename/delete/modify svn
repo/dirs at the filesystem level...

i'm looking for something that's php/lamp based, as i'm going to have to add
a good deal of functionality to it as well...

any thoughts/comments/etc... will be greatly appreciated.

i'm reviewing a great deal of apps under the subversion/workflow/document
headings in sourceforge.net, but before i start downloading/massaging
different apps, i wanted to get some thoughts from the group at large...
