garbled dso error on loading mod_dav_svn from Collabnet...

I have CentOS 4 (RHEL4) and it comes with httpd 2.0.xx ... and APR 0.9.4
and downloading any SVN later than 1.3 wants to use APR 0.9.7 for reference
to mod_dav_svn.so
hence the garbled message I was receiving when trying to simply use the
latest 1.5.x Collabnet SVN RPMs.

Going through various 1.4 versions, the ./configure checks all wanted a
later APR than CentOS and/or yum would provide (0.9.4)... so I built from
source: http://subversion.tigris.org/downloads/subversion-1.3.2.tar.gz

finally ./configure would let me skate by with apr 0.9.4 ... now let's see
if it actually works...

Yes, it works now.... no more garbled dso messages....
