subversion workflow...

Hi guys...

Forgive me, another possibly basic question...

I'm considering a situation, where I'd have a bunch of files in a dir. I'd
like to know if there's a web based app, that would allow me to implement a
basic workflow kind of process.

Something like:

 Fecth foo.txt from default_dir,
         edit foo.txt
        after editing foo.txt
                foo.txt is placed in test_dir
                after testing foo.txt,
foo.txt is then placed in release_dir...

basically, i'm thinking of something, where when the user is finished with
the file in the given svn repository/dir, the user would set a status, and
the app would then "perform the workflow action" on the file, in the current
dir/repository...

thoughts/comments/....

thanks
