Announce: PySVN 1.6.2 - binary kits built against SVN 1.5.3 and 1.4.6

The kits have been built against SVN 1.5.3 release and
the SVN 1.4.6 release for those people that are not ready to
upgrade to SVN 1.5.

This release include:
* bug fixes for reported issues
* improved support for packagers: see the setup.py --norpath and --
fixed-module-name options.
* addition of symbols for SVN error codes
* Transaction change method can now return copyfrom information
