Feature suggestion: blame property changes

Hi,

For an object with thousands of revisions, it can be quite difficult to
determine when a property change was made.

Someone suggested on the TSVN users list that there should be a
non-recursive log for directories.

I think a better solution would be to have a blame properties feature,
or some way of getting log info or last changed rev for properties only
- it's almost as if the property needs to have its own history
independent of the object that it was applied to.
