Just adding to the thread for folks who use kdesvn

As you have discovered, it /is/ possible to configure kdesvn to use
external diff programs such as Kompare or KDiff3. I find that KDiff3
offers more robust functionality than Kompare. (Check out the
pre-processor commands and help in the manual) If you wish to give
KDiff3 a try, just enter

kdiff3 %s1 %s2 %t

in the spot where you specify the external diff command in kdesvn
configuration settings. Ie. run kdesvn Click Settings -> Configure
kdesvn; Go to the Diff & Merge tab ;

hth,

Greg
