As Andy said, if you have to use yum, then you have to find a repository
that has 1.5.

Otherwise, you can download the source and compile it yourself. I find that
much easier than any other method.

Or you can also download the rpm and install it.

Here's a download repository that has the latest svn:
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/development/i386/os/Packages/
