How to install the ruby binding in win32?

Hi,

There is a package
svn-win32-1.5.2_rb.zip<http://subversion.tigris.org/files/documents/15/43456/svn-win32-1.5.2_rb.zip%20>,
but i don't know how to install it.

Where shall I put (install) the package?

Any body who can help me? Thanks very much?
