Error during svn mirroring (no headrev)

Hi,
we are mirorring a remote svn with svm and we have been syncing for
one year now without any problem until these last days. We get the
error message:
(no headrev at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/SVN/Mirror/Ra.pm line 160.).

How we can solve this problem, how do we need to deal with this
problem? We can create the sync from scratch, but then we lose all
history. Is there some way to be fixed this?

The question is how to solve this problem, without losing data and so on?
