Thanks all :). But what about the apache runtime libraries? are they needed?
i have often heard that the svn reallocation error that occurs is because of
some apache runtime libraries. i have alread asked this at
http://www.svnforum.org/2017/viewtopic.php?t=6477&sid=13db6d02896c0d9e81532a6cf4ae6f61
which APR must be present?
