svn client version?

Hi all

I am using *Subversion* <http://subversion.tigris.org/>* version 1.1.4
(r13838)* for my repository. I need to know the version of the client that
needs to be installed on the workstation from where i will fire the svn
commands on to the repository. I need a unix shell command line client, and
not the tortoise svn UI client.Please suggest a verion that is compatible
for the above version of svn repository. i tried googling but did not get
anything concrete. Please share a download link if possible.

What all things i need to bother, other than the client? apache runtime
libraries???
