Bah, both lists are managed via ezmlm, so it is trivially easy to add that header:

   $ cd path/to/tigris.org/users
   $ echo "List-Id: <users.subversion.tigris.org>" >> headeradd

You can do this at any time without affecting delivery; the very next message
that comes in will have that header...
