I think we should, and maybe we will after tigris.org gets upgraded.
But we don't have 100% flexibility. A lot of our admin overhead is
taken care of for us by the tigris.org administrators, which is
primarily CollabNet staff I think. The tradeoff is that we can't just
go make tweaks like this -- uptime guarantees come with a price :-).
