I too received this email. I replied to it with "please explain to me
how I can consider this email anything other than spam" but have yet
to receive a reply.

I went to his website and found nothing obviously relevant to
Subversion. I may have overlooked something on the site though.

As for reporting it: There is a "contact us" page at
http://www.easysoftwarellc.com/contactus.html - perhaps an email to
the company's "generic" addresses informing them what this individual
is doing would be of some help? Their HQ is right on my route home
from vacation, I'll be within 10 miles of the building tomorrow. If
only I were able to make a little detour (schedule doesn't permit) and
let them know in person that they're spamming :)

I'm glad you posted this; hopefully this thread will get into Google
results for his company quickly and expose their spam activity.
