[OT] Mail from Rafik Kalash

This is really OT, as in it doesn't regard Subversion. However, since I
believe many of other subscribers may have received this email I decided
to post something here.

I have received an email from Rafik Kalash who's, apparently, Director
of Sales & Marketing at Easy! Software LLC, offering me one of their
products.

Now, this is surely unsolicited email and I also consider it as spam, as
he's trying to sell me something and he has probably sent it to lots of
other people.

Does any of you know how and to whom to report this person and this kind
of behaviour?
